The Flu Shot

The Flu Shot

When your immune system sees germs, depending on the health of the person and the functional level of their overall health, the body will make an antibody against the germ; once your body makes the antibody you have long term protection against that germ forever, which is your acquired immune system.  You should be trying to balance your immune system, not build your immune system.  When you get the flu shot, which is injected into the arm, this causes your system to go into crises, it creates a stressed out response against the attenuated virus, and nothing should ever enter into your bloodstream. Having the shot administered bypasses the normal way that the flu virus enters the body and this causes the body to go into crises and prevents the body from making the antibody to fight the germs, whereas if it enters through the ear, nose or throat the body will produce the antibody to fight the germs and protect it into the future.
